DAMI Stock Guide is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria as an investment adviser, broker or dealer, and does not hold, manage or trade anyone's money.

2. Data and accuracy

Prices come from publicly available Nigerian Exchange (NGX) daily statistics and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Some prices (such as ETFs) are saved and not live. Labels are calculated automatically from one day's price movement and say nothing about a company's true value.

3. Risk

Investing in stocks and ETFs carries risk, including the loss of some or all of your money. Past performance does not predict future results. No mark, label, ranking or alert in this app guarantees a profit, and neither can any other tool. Please consult a SEC-registered adviser or broker before making investment decisions.

5. Privacy (Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023)

The app does not require an account. Your price alerts are stored only on your own device. Tickers and preferences you send to the AI coach are processed to produce the explanation and are not sold. If you have questions or want data removed, contact the app owner.
